ServSafe Food Manager Certification-Novi;NO CLASS

Michigan Food Law requires licensed foodservice establishments to certify a manager by an accredited food safety exam.

You MUST bring these items to the class: 1. Pictured Identification (Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport) 2. Your textbook with the exam answer sheet in the front cover. You will not be allowed to take the exam if you do not have the answer sheet. *If you registered for exam only, the instructor will have your exam answer sheet. Doors open 20 minutes before class time and close 5 minutes after the published class time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will not be admitted into the class and a $45 rescheduling fee will be charged. Be sure to allow adequate time for travel. You are strongly encouraged to read the ServSafe Manager textbook, do the chapter activities, and answer the chapter questions in advance of the class.
